This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from Elixirion Olive Oil, operated by D PORT ΙΚΕ, established in Greece (European Union).

1. Returns – General Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused and unopened,
  • in its original, sealed packaging,
  • in the same condition as received,
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Food Products – Important Notice

Due to the nature of our products (food items, including olive oil), returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@elixirion-oliveoil.com within the applicable return period.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed food products
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items and gift cards

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.

7. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Exception: This right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., Worldline/Eurobank or PayPal).
